Professors published in Canadian Journal of Women and the Law

Jennifer Koshan and Jonnette Watson Hamilton have published a feminist judgment in the Alberta v Hutterian Brethren of Wilson Colony case in volume 30(2) of the Canadian Journal of Women and the Law, a special volume devoted to Women's Court of Canada judgments. Their judgment is available at SSRN. Jennifer was a co-editor of the volume, which also includes a revised version of her feminist judgment in R v JA with a new postscript, available at SSRN.
