Nursing grad student awarded CIHR post-doctoral fellowship
Elizabeth Keys, BSc'03, BN'07, PhD'19, was awarded a two-year Sleep and Circadian Rhythm (clinical research) CIHR post-doctoral fellowship, which she will complete at Dalhousie University. She plans to extend her expertise in infant sleep and parent-child interactions by developing an online sleep program for parents of infants.
"Moving to an online format will increase accessibility and allow us to better target and tailor interventions based on specific family concerns and characteristics," she says.
"By the end I will have completed usability, feasibility and pilot testing of the online sleep program and be prepared to lead a pan-Canadian multi-centred trial to test its effectiveness."
