Member Engagement

In an effort to better understand member engagement in the Institute, we track engagement metrics.

For example, we track participation in internal activities such as journal clubs, External Speaker Series sessions and support such as poster judging and community talks. This information may be used as a deciding factor when determining which members receive support.

A short annual engagement survey will be administered to find out how the Institute can cultivate a strong sense of community and better address the needs of our membership.
