Course Credits
Students with supervisors who hold a faculty or clinical appointment with the University of Calgary can earn course credit while doing a non-remunerated research project can do this through a one- (MDSC 507) or two-year (MDSC 528) independent study course through the BHSc.
Students can either earn course credit for their work or be paid. They can't do both. This is a University of Calgary regulation. For more information visit this link. Forms are available by request from the BHSc office (bhsc@ucalgary.ca).
