Professor presents at conference in Oslo

Professor Sharon Mascher was in Oslo this week participating in the IUCNAEL 14th Annual Colloquium. The conference, titled "The Environment in Court – Environment protection in national and international courts, tribunals, and compliance mechanisms," took place at the Center of Excellence for the Study of the Legitimacy of International Courts and Tribunals at the University of Oslo. Sharon gave her presentation "Canadian Courts and Climate Change: Rising to the Challenge," which examines the litigation relating to the regulation of greenhouse gases in Canada.
