Biography

I am an endocrinologist (a doctor specializing in hormonal disorders) and clinical researcher. My work focuses on ways to improve the quality of care for people living with high blood pressure. I believe that innovative and individualized treatment plans can oftentimes improve blood pressure control for  individuals. My aim is to find better ways to recognize reversible causes of high blood pressure. In particular, a large component of my research is to better understand hormonal causes of high blood pressure, which require specialized treatment.
